Weights & Conditioning

This 30 minute class combines Total Body Weights, and Conditioning Exercises; like Jump Squats, Jump Lunges, Burpees, etc. Modification will be provided so all fitness levels from beginner to advanced can join.

This class focuses on Toning and Weight Loss

Equipment:
A set of 5 pound hand weights or a single 10+ pound hand weight
