Abs, Booty & Cardio

Join us for 30 minutes of Abs, Booty and Cardio. We start with a basic warmup, followed by 3 sections alternating between Abs and Booty exercises; with 2 rounds of cardio slipped in.

Equipment:
Booty bands and a mat are all you need.
If you have cardio equipment feel free to use it but it is not required.
